Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the 3 Day Website service ("Service") operated by 3 Day Website ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Los Angeles, California. By purchasing a website build or using our website at 3daywebsite.co, you agree to these terms.

The Service

3 Day Website is a productized web design service. We build custom websites within 3 business days of project kick-off. Our service tiers are:

• Launch ($997) — 2-3 page website
• Grow ($2,497) — 4-7 page conversion-optimized website with copywriting and SEO
• Scale ($4,997) — 8-15 page website with custom design system, strategy deep-dive, and premium copywriting

Deliverables and inclusions for each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

How It Works

After you submit the intake form and complete payment (Launch and Grow tiers) or schedule your strategy session (Scale tier), we begin your 3-day build. The 3-day timeline begins on the agreed start date, not on the date of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full before your build begins (Launch and Grow tiers) or as agreed during your consultation (Scale tier).

Care plans (Maintain, Optimize, Accelerate) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel a care plan at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Revisions

Each tier includes a specified number of revision rounds, completed on Day 3 of your build. Revisions cover changes to layout, copy, colors, and imagery within the original project scope. Revisions do not include changes to the project scope itself (e.g., adding new pages, features, or functionality not originally agreed upon).

Additional revisions beyond what's included in your tier can be arranged at an hourly rate, agreed in writing before work begins.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Here's how refunds work:

• Before your build starts: Full refund, no questions asked.
• During the build (Days 1-2): 50% refund if you decide to cancel. We've already begun design and development work.
• After delivery (Day 3+): No refunds. Your website has been built and delivered. We're happy to make revisions within your included rounds.

What You Provide

To build your website, you may need to provide:

• Access to your domain registrar (for DNS configuration)
• Brand assets (logo, brand colors, fonts) if you have them
• Content and imagery, or approval for us to create them
• Timely feedback during the revision phase on Day 3

Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the delivery timeline beyond 3 business days. We'll communicate proactively if this happens.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of any content, logos, images, and brand materials you provide to us.

The website we build: Upon full payment, you own the website we create for you — including the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any custom design work. It's yours. You can host it anywhere, modify it, or hand it to another developer.

What we retain: We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio and marketing materials (with your permission). We also retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or processes used during the build — though the output is yours.

Third-Party Services

Your website may include or connect to third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, email providers, hosting platforms). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We'll set them up, but you're responsible for maintaining your own accounts with these services.

Care Plans

Monthly care plans provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and support. Care plans are optional and not required for your website to function. Plan details:

• Maintain ($97/mo) — Security updates, uptime monitoring, monthly report
• Optimize ($197/mo) — Everything in Maintain + content updates, SEO optimization, performance tuning
• Accelerate ($297/mo) — Everything in Optimize + new pages/features, conversion optimization, priority support

Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

We build websites with care and professional skill. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Warranty

We warrant that the website we deliver will function as described and be free from material defects for 30 days after delivery. If something breaks that we built, we'll fix it at no charge during this period. This warranty does not cover issues caused by modifications made by you or third parties after delivery.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
